Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's servers, network infrastructure, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Automate routine tasks and scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Monitor system performance and health, conducting regular backups and disaster recovery drills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and routing protocols.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps) are a plus.
