Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
- Proactively monitor system performance using Splunk and Nagios to prevent outages
- Automate deployment and configuration management with Ansible and Terraform
- Lead security hardening initiatives and ensure compliance with NIST standards
- Provide tier-3 support for complex Linux/Windows Server environments
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for critical systems
- Mentor junior administrators and optimize system scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Linux/Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services and hybrid-cloud architecture
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
