Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Design and implement robust disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security devices to protect sensitive data.
- Develop and execute scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate routine administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software and hardware solutions.
- Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
