Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Cloud Integration: Manage hybrid cloud strategies involving VMware, AWS, and Azure environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect sensitive data.
- System Support: Provide high-level troubleshooting for hardware, network, and software issues across the organization.
- Backup & Recovery: Design and execute robust backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and runbooks for all systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional System Administration experience.
- Certifications: Active Directory (Active Directory Certified), CCNA, or RHCE preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash scripting, and virtualization technologies.
- Networking: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
