Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).
- Ensure 99.99% uptime for all critical systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Implement and enforce rigorous security protocols, including patch management, firewalls, and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Automate routine administrative tasks and workflows using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
