Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust system architectures for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality across all development teams.
- System Scalability: Lead efforts to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in high-volume environments.
- Innovation & Research: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into the core infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and design resilient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
