- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement strategies to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java and experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL databases and ORM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
