Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go/Kubernetes for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives (Terraform, AWS)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive performance optimization and security hardening for distributed systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry-standard APIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering scalable systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Strong grasp of distributed systems principles and event-driven architectures
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
