Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures
- Contribute to open-source projects and present technical findings at quarterly hackathons
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through complex system design
- Experience leading agile development teams and sprint planning
- Contributions to open-source repositories or published technical articles
