Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Austin and remote locations to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- Monitor data trends and anomalies, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing and market research to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
