Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Python on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through technical design reviews
- Drive performance optimization for 10M+ user platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement security best practices (OWASP, SAST/DAST)
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech patents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years backend development with cloud-native systems
- Expertise in at least two: Go, Python, Java, or Rust
- Deep understanding of distributed systems theory
- Proven experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design portfolios
