Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for enterprise applications.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve critical bugs during the weekend maintenance cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and QA teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Document technical processes and create clear, concise technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go (Golang).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a Weekend Shift environment with high availability requirements.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
