Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement responsive frontend applications with React and TypeScript
- Optimize database queries and AWS infrastructure for 99.9% uptime
- Write comprehensive unit/integration tests and CI/CD pipeline maintenance
- Lead weekend sprint planning and daily stand-ups with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/Python
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and CI/CD tools
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Active security clearance or willingness to obtain one
