Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards across the team.
- System Architecture: Design robust system architectures that can handle high traffic and complex business logic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to define product requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript is required.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on clean code principles.
