Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance optimization and security best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence and adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and architectural bottlenecks in existing systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
