Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software applications using modern architectures and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to our tech stack.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience with React, Node.js, or Spring Boot is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
