Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead API development and microservices architecture implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Participate in architectural decisions and technology stack evaluations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
