The Role:

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and roadmap analytical features.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into technical requirements.
