Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
