Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to define metrics, define success criteria, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and assumptions to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
