Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage multiple priorities.
