Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure the scalability and reliability of our distributed systems.
- Participate actively in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis to improve system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume, high-availability environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with a strong understanding of software design principles.
- Strong experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure cloud services and serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
