Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, or Spring).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
