Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and establish coding standards for the engineering team.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure low latency and high availability.
- Participate in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure as code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
