Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- System Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, latency, and overall performance.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- CI/CD Implementation: Spearhead the development and maintenance of robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement effective, long-term fixes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical planning and architectural decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
