Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern architectures (Microservices, Serverless).
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform technical due diligence, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
