Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing coding standards to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring reliability and speed across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, and deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
