Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, and QA) to define feature requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Drive technical innovation and contribute to the evolution of our engineering culture and architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
