Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust backend services and frontend components using modern web technologies.
- Weekend Operations: Manage critical system maintenance, security patches, and uptime monitoring during weekend shifts to ensure zero downtime.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and testable code; conduct thorough code reviews and technical debt reduction.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex technical issues and optimize application performance under pressure.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Automation: Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts to streamline development workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
- Remote Discipline: Proven ability to work effectively from home with strong self-management and communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday).
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, or Java; experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services.
