Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and security of existing software systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
