Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility and accuracy
- Present findings to C-level executives with compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
