Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in cloud environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production incidents efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
