Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide the design process.
- Design intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design fidelity and functionality during the development phase.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and A/B testing results to optimize conversion and user satisfaction.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design lifecycle from research to high-fidelity visual design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
