Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress) across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve critical issues
- Conduct regression testing and validate bug fixes in staging environments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing environments
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
