As a key member of our engineering squad, you will drive technical excellence and mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Lead technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define feature requirements.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing codebases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
