Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Participate in architecture planning and technology selection for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to relocate to Illinois if selected.
