What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching technologies (Redis).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
