Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability while implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust, efficient solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
