Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and security.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design sessions to improve system resilience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.
- Debug complex issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Engineer, preferably in a full-stack or backend role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
