Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP/Azure services
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 10M+ user platforms
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
