Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent novel technical innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
