Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud tools to drive strategic decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Automate reporting pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and AWS Glue
- Present findings to C-suite executives with compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with HIPAA/GDPR
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in data analytics with proven impact in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and data visualization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
