Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and analytical approaches.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting and automated data pipelines.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple business concepts.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
