Your Role

Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the testing lifecycle and help deploy applications to production environments securely.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of React, Node.js, or similar modern web frameworks.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
