Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
