Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for high-conversion goals.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
