What You Will Do
As a Senior Software Engineer at Apex, you will drive technical excellence across our product suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring our platforms are robust, secure, and performant.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Conduct performance optimization and security audits to ensure system reliability and data protection.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact software products in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
