Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical business language.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
