Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform thorough code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure application stability and speed.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
