Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable web applications and microservices using modern best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and security standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive software solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discovery sessions to drive product roadmaps forward.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go, along with deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Demonstrated experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
